The Journey

It’s taken me a while to put this together, but I’ve always wanted to have a page for easy reference to my “Thoughts” posts, the posts that serve to mark various points in my intuitive eating journey. Through these high points (and low points), I was able to rediscover my inner intuitive eater and learned so many other things about myself as well.

Selfie - Thoughts

If you are struggling in a world of dieting, food restriction, and self-hate, I’m here to tell you there is freedom beyond all that. No more labels of good versus bad. Healthy foods and “fun” foods can all be on the same level and you CAN trust yourself around them. It’s not an easy journey, but the payoff is well worth it! You get your life back…a life filled with love, happiness, and memories that don’t involve sitting in the floor of your pantry crying over a demolished box of cookies.

To be continued…

Thank you so much for following along. It is through the support and encouragement of all of you that gotten me through some of the hardest moments. None of these posts were easy for me to write, but if just ONE paragraph helps to reach out to someone struggling in the same way, then I know it was all worth it.

xoxo
