So glad to see I’m not the only one that had never tasted dessert hummus before yesterday! Let me know if you guys try it and what you think! I’ve been thinking of creating a pumpkin pie flavor because, let’s face it, when my mind thinks sweet treats, one of the first things I go to is my beloved pumpkin!
I hope you all had a good Friday! My day was ok, but I have been terribly depressed since late this afternoon. You see…somebody ate all my snicker-doodle hummus! Please allow me to submit the following as evidence:
We all remember how the shenanigans started last night…
Well, it seems like Teddy hadn’t gotten his “fill” and continued with his scheming this morning.
Don’t think you’re fooling anybody with that adorable graham-crackery smile, Teddy! I know you’re behind this!
From my notes, I can theorize that this is a HEAB-sized bowl of oats (1 cup oats cooked in 2 cups of water) with cinnamon, 1/2 a banana sliced thin, snicker-doodle hummus, and raisins…oh yeah, and Teddy. Absolutely delicious…but, um, I wouldn’t know that since I have no idea who ate that bowl of warm and creamy oats topped with cinnamon-and-maple-spiked goodness…I just imagine they’d taste really good! π
My deductions conclude that this was probably an afternoon snack (due to the lighting from the western sun) of whole wheat toast, snicker-doodle hummus, and banana slices.
Annnnnd, Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, the most substantial piece of evidence:
Practically LICKED clean!
Why God, Why?!
What crazy-minded person would do such a thing?!
………
TEDDY!
Don’t worry, he got what was coming to him!
Forget the court system, I turned vigilante!
“due to the lighting from the western sun”
You. Crack. Me. Uppppppppp! π Most delicious eats!
Oh you caught that, huh? Haha!
Haha, Teddy must have great taste because the hummus looked irresistible!
Hahaha, you are so funny! I hope Teddy enjoyed his hummus. I bet it was a good last meal before you exacted your revenge π
My thoughts exactly Katie. My thoughts exactly!
That was perfect! I love your Mysterious Case! Hehe, super cute! It totally made my day. Thanks!!!
Haha! Thank you! And…ahem, your very welcome! *takes a bow* π

Dessert hummus? What am I missing! I need to go check that out!
Poor teddy!! π But then again I would have done the same! Yummy oats!
Thanks for all the comments on my blog! π That bowl of porridge sounds really interesting! I have never heard of dessert hummus (as you mentioned in yesterday’s post).
this post just made my day. In case you were wondering. π
I’d be happy to help either in the law enforcement or the crime-committing part of this scheme, though π
Glad to put a smile on your face! I love making people laugh! The law enforcement side is always better in cases like these…remember we get to tag the “evidence” π
Love the post! I too have to find the culprit that eats my nut butters up so quickly…hmmmm wonder if your teddy had been at my house?
Oh I am almost sure of it! My nut butters disappear faster than the crescent rolls in the Pillsbury commercials!
Hahah, your too funny!
Poor teddy! π (I’m sure he tasted delicious though) π
Yes, his fatal demise was absolute pleasure to my tummy!
OMG TOO FUNNY! Poor little fellah didn’t stand a chance! =)
