Peanut Butter Pumpkin Banana Wrap - A decadent treat filled with all your favorite flavors and drizzled with cocoa sauce!

Feel free to omit the pumpkin if you’re crazy enough not to be a fan of my favorite winter tanning ingredient (coughMeghancough) and just use peanut butter if you don’t have any peanut flour handy. Then you can head on over to iHerb with my promo code (QQQ940), order up a bag (or ten), and then you’ll FINALLY see why I’m not even kidding when I say I want to be buried in the stuff! πŸ˜‰

  8. This has solidified that I need peanut flour in my life. It’s kind of ridiculous that I don’t have it yet… any way I know for a fact that PB, pumpkin, and chocolate are a delicious combo, so I know this wrap would be amazing, too! I love the styling you did with this photo, too. I think the chocolate drizzles look like perfection.

    • kissmybroccoli says:

Aww, thanks Ang! I was pretty shocked with how great the photos actually turned out since I took them in a hurry and then cleaned the plate in a matter of minutes! Ha!

And you will most definitely NOT regret the peanut flour! I honestly can’t picture myself going without it!

  9. So I can’t even remember the last time I had pumpkin, but this recipe is definitely making me think that I need to change that. Pumpkin and peanut butter is a surprisingly amazing combo!

  12. Missy says:

Okay so now I am convinced.
I have that lone jar of pumpkin collecting dust in the back of my cabinet and it’s gonna come out this weekend for sure because peanut butter.

  21. I am so so glad to see I am not the only person pulling out the ol’ pumpkin post Christmas. This looks delectable!

Is it bad that sometimes mid-summer I could totally go for some kind of pumpkin dish? Also, pumpkin+sage = good. Or, pumpkin + hummus… Or, pumpkin + spoon…

    • kissmybroccoli says:

Haha! Oh heck yeah, a fellow pumpkin passioneer! <- Um, that is totally a word now...yup! πŸ˜‰ I've actually got another pumpkin-ified recipe that I plan to post this week...stay tuned! Love pumpkin and hummus (or a spoon)! Have you ever tried using pumpkin (+ some spices) for a pizza base instead of tomato sauce? It's great!

      • I have!! I have also crafted a pumpkin based salad dressing and a sauce for pasta (I do not eat much past now, but when I did!) Pumpkin Roasted Chickpeas, is something else I made once. YAAMMY.
Where I live, there is a local bakery and they sell pumpkin muffins… (

It is like a burst of pumpkin amazingness amid your mouth!

        • kissmybroccoli says:

Oh my LORD!!! I’m sorry, I’m stuck on the oozing picture of that butter tart! 😯 Holy YUM!!

Wait, did you say…salad dressing?! πŸ˜€

          • RIGHT!? They’re fantastic, 100% GF foods made right in my backyard :] AND I KNOW. Their carrot cakes makes me shiver of joy.

AND I DID my beautiful little broccoli! Never thought of that one? Think: dried cranburrries, think sweeet tater, think toasted almond and roasted chickpeas and cinnamon… drizzled with a pumpkin balsamic dressing <3

          • kissmybroccoli says:

Um yeah, I just hit the floor! The roasted chickpeas and cinnamon was the killer for me! πŸ˜‰

  22. Li says:

Looks amazing. We tried last night for light dinner and I substituted pumpkin with cottage cheese since my boyfriend does not like pumpkin that much(in spite of my craving for pumpkin). It is sooooo good! I will definitely make it again. Thank you for sharing this with us.

    • kissmybroccoli says:

Oh YESSSS!! Cottage cheese and peanut butter is another one of my favorite combos! If you like that, you should try this: English muffin + cottage cheese + peanut butter + honey = AHHHHHHHHmazing deliciousness! πŸ˜‰

  23. Mmmm yes! The combo of pumpkin, banana, and peanut butter (okay, soy or almond butter for me) is unbeatable! That’s pretty much my favourite oatmeal combination right there. It looks amazing in wrap form too!

  24. I think I need to shove this in my face immediately.

  25. This is actually just porn. Ohhhh my god. Yum.

  27. Oh my goodness. You just made my mouth water completely and my tummy grumble beyond what sounds normal. I am going to try this soon, because guess who just stocked up on tortillas finally? This girl! πŸ˜€

    • kissmybroccoli says:

Woo HOO! Get yo’ wrap on, girrrrrrl! <- Um, yeah,'s late...I have no other excuse for that! πŸ˜‰

  28. yum yum yum yum yuuuuuuuuuuuuum! This sounds like heaven – and I bet it’d be even better with nutella!

  29. Oh my friend!! I need to get me some GF wraps asap!! Delicious. I can never get enough pumpkin! I actually like wraps like these with collard greens… weird right? πŸ˜‰

    • kissmybroccoli says:

No, not at all! I actually do too, but it’s been AGES since I’ve made one! Collard greens are definitely on the next grocery store list! πŸ™‚

  30. I still haven’t cooked up my pumpkin. I hope he’s ok hanging in my basement. I do love a good old #publicbanana though and these photos were about as scandalous as you can get. Side profile, head on, crushed nuts….you are shameless. It’s one of my favorite things about you. πŸ™‚

    • kissmybroccoli says:

Haha! And THIS is one of my favorite things about you! You make such an innocent post seem so dirrrrrrrty! Haha! Do it again, do it again! πŸ˜‰

  31. Ummm…brilliant! Such a wonderful combination, and I can never get tired of pumpkin!!!

  32. Crazy coincidence- the packers came today to move my stuff into storage in Sydney until I find a place and in one box was 2 of the bigger packs of peanut flour, 2 cans of pumpkin and 2 tins of coconut flour. They were perplexed.

This combination looks amazing- I love making a spread of pumpkin, peanut flour and protein powder and with the added banana AND chopped peanuts? Winner Heather. Winner.

    • kissmybroccoli says:

Haha! Well, I think that’s a sign if there ever was one that you need this wrap in your life like YESTERDAY! πŸ˜‰
