Do you guys have anything fun planned for this weekend? Spill!
That sandwich looks incredible!!! My Saturday is carved out for school, but Sunday I am going to a Yoga for Creativity workshop at my favorite yoga studio and I just can’t wait! Miss your face, lovebug! xo
DROOL. ’nuff said π
Do you make your own rolls? They look gorgeous! I would love to be able to control what goes into my bread. (:
I’ve tinkered around in the past with english muffin type thingies, but I’ve never tried making anything more substantial. I picked these ciabatta rolls up the last time I was at my warehouse store…the ingredient list is surprisingly small and they taste wonderful!
You are the sandwich queen! Looks so good! Your amazing photo skills, I am jealous of!
Happy Weekend! xoxo
the runny yolk is a total must – it totally makes a sandwich! this looks divine…
Agreed on the runny yolk! YUM! Enjoy dinner tonight!
Ohhh now that looks like a good sandwich. I love the combination of eggs, cheese, and tomatoes. Swoon-tastic. And I definitely agree that runny egg yolks are a must, even if you do kinda, sorta, have to lick the plate clean after that π As for this weekend, I’ll be browsing furniture/paint stores to hopefully pick out something for my new place. Fun but overwhelming at the same time. There are just too many gorgeous possibilities!
Mmm grilled cheese. I confess your fluorescent yellow cheese in the US just fascinates me! Ours is SO very pale yellow in comparison (hopefully just as tasty, but I’m determined to one day eat cheese that is so yellow I need sunglasses to be near it :P)
And yup, I’m all for runny yolks! YUM!
um yes, running eggs are the best and even better with that combo. Just need some avocado stuck in there.
π
Hmm, how exactly do you catch a “running” egg?? π
Ohhh, avocado would have been fab! I’ll have to try that next time!
Nothing much planned for the weekend but i’m definitely going to be having eggs at some point, lol!
You have never had indian?????????? Oh my gosh, can’t wait to hear how that went, i love love love Indian food, naan = heaven! π
I’m just pretending the runny yolk is ooey gooey melted orange cheese, so I’m okay with it this time π haha! that ciabatta roll looks SO good, as does the sandwich. and i hope you had a blast at dinner!
You know I am swooning over this π
make me that sandwich? please?
OHMYGOD. drooooooooooooooooool.
That sandwich looks incredible! The runny yolks are a must! Mmmmm!! π
I’m going to a spa with my family! ahhhhhhhhhhh im so excited π
and your sandwich looks nommmmy. π
Very nice! So jealous!!
π I didn’t listen to your warning. And I’m starving. Thankfully I do have eggs, but I might need to run out to the freezer to get bread! That yolk looks perfect, just the way I love ’em π
Half an hour till lunch time is close enough right?
Right! π Haha!
Yuuuummm! That looks so delicious! I love sandwiches so much and I really want to try this one.
I think runny eggs are the only thing that Jess and I disagree on (well, that and meat.) That sandwich is killer, Heather! and the crusty ciabatta bread just seals the deal.
“…the only thing that Jess and I disagree on (well, that and meat.)” <- Hahaha! I'll give it to her though, she knows her eggplant bacon! π
