Obsessed with spaghetti squash lately

This was my dinner last night…marinara tempeh with sauteed onions and garlic stuffed in a sketti squash and dusted with nutritional yeast.

A foodie with a nose for finding goodies in unlikely places

I ran into Big Lots the other day to grab some eyeshadow and ended up spotting Biscrips…aka generic Biscoff spread!

Same ingredients only without the soy…which is just an added plus…I swear they put that stuff in everything!

A total sucker for new and/or different foods

I picked up this bundle of daikon on my last trip to Whole Foods only to come home, Google it, and realize all it actually is is a type of radish (read, basically tasteless)
