Could you sub out the peaches for pumpkin puree? Since it is fall, thought maybe this would be good.
Are you referring to the Peaches ‘n Cream parfait? If so, then yes, you could use just about ANY fruit (or veggie) puree…and pumpkin would be GREAT for fall!

Could you sub out the peanut flour by PB2 or another flour?
Peanut flour and PB2 can be used interchangeably, but it would depend on the recipe if you wanted to use another type of flour? Which one are you looking at making?
